Account incorrectly being labelled as not authorized
I had already been playing Guild Wars earlier today, but had logged out and later, back in. When I opened Guild Wars, the email address field was blank, instead of having my saved email like normal. I entered my correct details (many times after much checking) and it kept complaining my password was incorrect (code=011). I went through the password reset process and was able to login with a new password, however now when I login, it says I am not authorized to play Guild Wars! My characters aren't there, just 4 blank character slots.
I have tried to send a support ticket through http://help.plaync.com/ but once I press submit, it sits there for ages and times out. I have tried logging in and sending the support ticket so many times now, and no success. I know it's an account issue as I have logged into another account on this client. I doubt anyone except official support can provide a solution to my issue, so my real question is how can I contact support when the main site is effectively down? Thanks for your help.
